Warranty Policy
HOKA products come with a [X]-year warranty from the date of purchase (the warranty period may vary depending on the product and is subject to the product manual; generally, running shoes are warranted for 2 years and apparel for 1 year). This warranty covers only product defects caused by material defects (such as cracking of the fabric, debonding of the sole, detachment of accessories, and other non-human factors) or production process defects (such as loose threads, excessive sizing deviations, etc.).
The following are not covered by the warranty: damage caused by human error (such as wear and tear from improper wear, collisions, drops, scratches, and punctures from sharp objects); damage caused by abnormal use (such as using running shoes for purposes other than strenuous exercise, disassembly and modification, or cleaning with inappropriate cleaning agents); damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, and lightning); product expiration; absence of a valid receipt of purchase or discrepancies between the receipt and the product; non-authentic HOKA products. If your HOKA product experiences a quality issue, please be sure to retain valid proof of purchase (such as invoice, screenshot of electronic order, shopping receipt, etc.). This is essential for receiving warranty service. Please also keep the original packaging and accessories intact to facilitate inspection and processing.
